A public REST-discovery guide for the bounded Semantic Preflight beta. It does not advertise an A2A server, MCP endpoint, semantic Runtime, gateway, payment path, or sealed population access.

Current callable beta: policy read, capability catalogue, registration, deterministic redacted Semantic Preflight, receipt verification, and key revocation are documented public REST routes with rate and request limits.

Commerce unavailable: no quote, price, receiver, payment intent, settlement, receipt, x402 requirement, or payable semantic operation is published. Payment would not create semantic authorization if a separately approved commerce service is released.

Unavailable: no A2A Agent Card is published because no A2A task transport exists. MCP, semantic resolution, semantic alignment, semantic retrieval, gateway access, payment, x402, and population access are unavailable.
